Built a 3-D simulated vivarium with polyhedral creatures (preys and a predator) moving around.
Image Classification of COVID-19 X-rays
Classified a total of 270 images from Kaggle Chest X-ray dataset and COVID-19 Chest X-ray dataset into fourclasses using a pre-trained VGG16 model provided by Keras, and fine tuned the model to obtain an accuracy of70% on the test set.

Predicted 7 days into the future of the spread of COVID-19 given 21 days of observation across 1944 eligiblecounties in the U.S. with a dataset that includes daily new cases, total cases, and death in the U.S. with mobilitytrends data from Google and Apple using a LSTM network in Python.
